If you’re moving to us from another network, don’t worry – there’s a simple process all network providers follow to make things easy for everyone. Call your old network to say you’re leaving and they’ll give you a special code called a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) that you’ll need to give us when you receive your new EE SIM through the post or in store. To buy, change or cancel a monthly minutes or texts bundle just log in to My Accountand go to ‘My discounts and bundles’. Alternatively, you can also do this by calling 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone. Your bundle will be ready to use within 4 hours. To top-up by voucher, select Top-up with a voucher and enter the 16-digit number printed across the receipt. Once you’ve entered the voucher code, your account will be topped up.
