Set the wire mesh screen in place with the fastener rod pointing upward to maintain downward pressure. STEP 3: Slide the speed washer onto the shaft of the clip assembly until snug. Make adjustments to the screen as necessary. Tighten ratchet washer to the desired tension. For outer corners, cut the solar panel pigeon proofing wire or weld mesh upwards from the bottom until the bend point and cover any gaps with a corner piece.
