Like all fragrances, Armaf’s colognes are available in two different types of concentrations. There’s Eau De Parfum (EDP) and Eau De Toilette (EDT). EDP is richer and longer lasting, while EDT is lighter and fresher—making it perfect for hot weather. It’s very reminiscent of Creed’s Millesime Imperial – about 90% similar – but with twice the longevity. You get a decent scent bubble for the first few hours, while the Creed original is notoriously light in terms of projection. Beautiful green tea accords in the heart add a streak of vitality and natural earthiness to the blend. It opens up with a burst of lemon and musk. Within 15 minutes you get a bit of smokiness, and the whole profile coming together smells reminiscent of deliciously grilled pineapple.

Armaf’s colognes are available in a variety of scents. Which one you choose will be determined by the smells you enjoy and when you plan to wear it. These two notes are accompanied by a fresh Mediterranean, very light herbaceous nuance, which gives the fragrance something light and haromonic and is owed to lavender. Pride of Armaf is very similar to Armaf Ventana, but slightly sweeter from the lemon and bergamot in the opening. Despite the “intense” title, this note profile is relatively subtle and isn’t going to blow anyone’s head off. It’s pleasant and safe.

At the same time the coriander is accompanied by an intense and quite strong floral note, which brings a fine touch of fresh engine oil with itself, the closer one smells at the skin and from the violet comes. Some time ago I wrote a short comment about Creed's Green Irish Tweed (GIT) and also pointed out that (because Creed is blowing my budget) I switched to the well-known clone Armaf Tres Nuit. Now I would like to share my subjective opinion about Armaf's version.

Performance here is also incredible for a cologne at this price point. I get a full 8 hours out of Armaf Club de Nuit Man Intense, with around 4 hours of arms-length projection – and compliment collecting. Top Notes: At the same time the verbena is accompanied by a light citric, discreetly acidic note, which with the verbena evokes a fine aquatic, very discreet soapy, rather clean air-lifting aura and comes from the lemon. As such, make sure you only use 2-3 sprays if you’re going to be in an enclosed space like the office or public transport. Otherwise, you might risk offending those near you.Autumn – cooler temperature and tranquillity vibrating with the upcoming holidays would be paired well with something wood notes. You can start with High Street.

Blue Homme is the perfumer’s warm-weather fragrance that costs considerably less than a flight to The Bahamas. The conspicuous note has now built up completely and is nothing else than coriander, the discreet earthy note from the top note has passed completely and now smells intensely aromatic spicy. Green Irish Tweet is for me one of the best Creed fragrances. I even thought about buying this one on sale. Somehow, something stopped me. I guess it was the DNA, which isn't quite one of my favorites. At least, there are just too many that would have gotten the nod. Grade in the price range. But I can recommend this Green Irish Tweet for those who like classic men's DNAs with a slight 80s charm. It is clearly more noble than Cool Water and already creates a lot of elegance and is rather something for seasoned men without playful allyren. Who likes the noble details should then but rather reach for the expensive Orginal. Since the brand produces as many as about 5 new aromas a year, it may seem like a challenging task to find your perfect fragrance on your own. That is why we suggest you start with the season. Password recovery

The longest-lasting Armaf cologne is Club de Nuit Intense Man. It lasts between 8 and 9 hours, which is plenty to carry you through a full workday or a party in the evening. A bit of the lemon verbena hangs on through the mid of lavender and violet and leads to a classic musk/sandalwood base. Performance is very good and it does project well. I think it's youthful enough for those in their 20's and certainly office worthy and can be worn year round. The bottle is a bit goofy and unwieldly and creativity may be required to fit neatly in a tray of other bottles.

The sandalwood is accompanied by a warming, balsamic nuance, which is discreetly waxy on the skin and provides a wonderful finish and comes from the ambergris. Armaf’s Tres Nuit is a 9/10 from me. I have to take a point off because I would prefer it lasted a little longer, but beyond that, it’s all here. I honestly don’t feel the need to buy Green Irish Tweed anymore because of it. In the dry-down things get deeper as birch woodsiness enters the scene. It offers realistic, natural-smelling masculinity that smells incredibly sexy. This brings us to my first small point of criticism: up to the base note, Tres Nuit fits perfectly for warmer temperatures, i.e. more spring and summer. The warm woody base note is more suitable for cooler temperatures, i.e. autumn and winter. The fragrance is a bit unround for me.
