Barry Harris, Bob Cranshaw, and Billy Higgins are all in good form throughout the album as well, and the group works together seamlessly to create an album that crackles with energy while maintaining a stylish flow. After reaching a new audience through Idris Elba's Gucci ad, this is their 4th album in their 28 year history. This Is What We Do is full of the stature you expect, with lead-heavy beats and snarling bass underpinning a treasure trove of hooks. Two years later we made the move to our present address, 35 The Headrow, where we have remained ever since. While the rest of the album retreats to a more conventional hard bop sound, Morgan's compositions are forward-thinking and universally solid.Not only is the pressing and sound quality astounding, it's a much more "Leftfield" sounding album than "This Is What We Do".
