With level crossings, stops, switches and a combination of curved and straight track pieces there is so much they can do! I built this because when I was younger I loved trains and thought that this would be a nice fun build to make. Use this set with the 10874 Steam Train or 10875 Cargo Train to extend the possibilities of your LEGO® DUPLO® train collection.

The set includes all the necessary pieces to create the train and its tracks, and the possibilities for play and display are endless. I'm asking myself if set 7939 will have reached the end of its production cycle when that set is released in August. As the child grows, the battery motor can power the train – making it a wonderful toy for the older child. Now I've bought the same for my Grandson and I hope he plays with it as much as my son and neighbours have.

The train is primarily red in color, with a white stripe on the bottom, some black sections and it consists of three separate parts. It is superbly made as you would expect from this manufacturer, although he needed help to build the train.
