In my opinion (pls don’t attack me lol), the only plot in this entire novel revolved around how horny the two main characters could get. The sale of customised goods or perishable goods, sealed audio or video recordings, or software, which has been opened. However, what I have come to find is that there’s a very thin line between being a powerful and fierce heroine and being aggressive and mean for no reason whatsoever. As Adrian and Isolde's paths intertwine, they find themselves irresistibly drawn to each other, forming an intense bond that transcends the boundaries of fate. Hoping to end the war and bloodshed that ravages Revekka, princess Isolde accepts to marry the Blood King Adrian Alexander Vasilia, even though he is a vampire and her kingdom’s sworn enemy.this was a welcome relief after all the melancholy and deaths I have been encountering in more than half a dozen books that I read prior to this. Also, the fact that many important and significant conversations between Isolde and Adrian happened while they were having sex just feels weird. But her assassination attempt is thwarted, and Adrian threatens that if Isolde tries to kill him again, he will raise her as the undead.

Despite their undeniable chemistry, she wonders why the king——fierce, savage, merciless—chose her as consort. So if that's the case, and he has spent the last two hundred years exacting his vengeance because of his love for Yesenia, why was he banging other people? No, cause I get the hidden message forth; women empowerment, strength, knowledge versus ignorance, war, and sacrifice, yada yada. After a failed assassination attempt, Isolde is informed that if she tries to kill him again, he’ll turn her into the very undead that she despises. Still, if you are looking for an easy-to-read hot and smutty book to get your mind off things, this is definitely a good choice for you.You don’t get to say terrible things to someone and push them away, and then whine when they don’t pay you the attention you secretly want from them? It mostly develops because they kept on having great sex together, and Isolde couldn’t endure being apart from Adrian because of the sex, not because she cared that much about him. The first time she confronted Safira was okay, but still the things she thought and said just made me hate her more. If you like enemies to lovers, the arranged marriage trope, insta-sexual attraction, a feisty dagger-wielding female MC, and vampires/witches/gods, then you’ll probably enjoy this book. Isolde is jealous, she’s petty, and rather than help a specific character and realize she’s a product of the station she holds, she belittles and embarrasses them.

Adrian X Isolde Series Collection" is a thrilling ride through a richly imagined world filled with complex characters and high-stakes battles, making it a must-read for fans of fantasy and mythology alike.This books is nothing new (taylor reference yes) but actually a combination of good parts of FBAA, Shadows between us and TVD.
