Mostly are fine for use with the core rules; there's a set of undead in there, which will be getting rules in a supplement (and a pdf of rules during the KS, probably), but everything else can just fit into the game as-is. Rules for tabletop games are often a balance between realism and playability, and where you draw that line is very much a matter of personal taste. As others have observed, it is redolent of the Brian Jacques Redwall series but has quite a lot more of the dark humour that I enjoy so much in Warhammer Fantasy.
