The transition from the Almairac-esque opening to this lively base is actually pretty pleasant, and I strongly disagree with anyone saying it's a linear fragrance. One of my absolute favourite scents from many many years ago and it still sends me back nostalgia wise. The musks used here are are a combination of very clean white musks, the most prominent to my nose are galaxolide and habanolide.

It is important to note that the longevity factor alone should not be the sole determinant in choosing a perfume.

Wow I just used the first sprays from my sample of xerjiff uden and something reminded me of this straight away! Any fragrance which uses pimento (such as one of my all time favs Versailles Homme) immediatley grabs my nose's attention and Diesel Plus Plus did exactly that from the first spritz many years ago. Nikos is indeed similar, but diurnal and more orange blossom, white floral nature, while this is an ambroxan bomb of tutti-frutti sweet debauchery. Plus Plus' "X"factor largely comes from this fragrance's most unique "milk note" which is achieved by the use of diacetyl - combined with detergent-like citrus notes the lemon gelatto is the most apparent note right off the first spritz. Top notes are Orange, Bergamot, Palm Leaf and Heliotrope; middle notes are Jasmine, Coriander, Violet, Birch, Sage, Green Notes, Cardamom and Lily-of-the-Valley; base notes are Cinnamon, Tonka Bean, Nutmeg, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Musk, Clove, Anise, Vetiver and oak moss.Diesel Plus Plus eau de toilette spray for men is an original, bold and lively interpretation of milk. Just go ahead and grab this amazing piece of memorabilia before it's off the market and forever living rent free inside your head. Sprayed a test piece and wasn’t to sure however as the day went on I realised it’s not the original also knowing that diesel stopped making this a while back.
