Now, I don’t like my peach ice TOO sweet, but I do like it a little sweeter than just plain green tea. While you are making the syrup, you can decide how thick you like it – keep on simmering longer for thicker, or less time for more liquidy syrup. My family looooooves to use this simple syrup to make peach lemonade,iced tea, desserts, and cocktails, plus it’s great for topping ice cream, adding to breakfast cereal, and more. Another neat trick to ensure your tea is not watered down by the melting ice is to freeze some of the tea in an ice tray and add those to your drink.
