On the nose, Glenlivet 18 year old whisky has strong, complex aromas of chewy sultanas, Sherry-soaked peels, barley sugars, toasty grains, and faint wisps of smokiness.There is a lovely flavor starting to develop in this that I really liked in my bottle of Tomatin 25 year; sort of a spicy dried fruit.
