Both have extraordinary imaging capabilities, so if you're making up your mind between the two, find your answer by asking yourself whether you prefer warm and dense or crisp and airy. The engineers at Final have newly designed the driver parts such as diaphragms, voice coils, magnets, magnetic circuits, and adhesives and developed the 6mmφ dynamic driver unit "f-Core DU" for the A5000. It also seems as though this highly revealing and refined high end plays a large role in giving the A5000 its fairly spacious stage and image.

Though I didn’t find the high end particularly extended, it’s not heavily rolled off either, and is nonetheless a very prominent and emphasized feature in the A5000’s balance without being shrill or harsh. A final note about these Final earbuds: their carrying case is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. The occasional cough from the gallery is so organic and natural that I raise my head to look around me in my otherwise empty room.The sub-bass at 0:38 is surprisingly strong, uncommon for Eastern IEMs – Final has definitely learned what the Western market likes.

VR3000: My first Final, I liked it, big sub-bass but not basshead levels, a little mushy in general, weird mids, heavy V shape sound so recessed mids, even then they maintain nice clarity but sometimes male voices almost disappear lol, safe highs but little sibilance and not very detailed. Let me be honest by putting my biases upfront: on a strictly subjective level, I connect with the Final Audio A5000 in a very particular and personal way. The A5000 is balanced, not emphasizing any particular frequency band, making it a very versatile pair of IEMs that can suit most music choices really well. Opening the box we see have the final Audio silicone case, this is actually a practical and excellent choice for IEM storage.Wheile this might now be one for absolute bassheads, it's something I'd easily recommend for almost everyone else. Instead of having the ear hooks built in, Final has opted to include soft silicone ear hooks…separately. This case does three things brilliantly well: it keeps the buds well-protected when they’re in it, is entirely unobtrusive when they’re not (I tuck my AirPods case into its void at those times), and is easily washable / potentially indestructible. A more complex design doesn’t inherently mean a better design, and as I’ll detail below, the competition is pretty stiff between these two IEMs.

Some might say U shape, some might even V shape, for me it’s more like a W shape (even with slight recessed mids I think they are in a nice level still), slight priority to the sub-bass.

While the MoonDrop Blessing 3 sports a fun and spunky outfit, the Final Audio A5000 is the type of IEM that only wears black turtle necks. On the one hand, the scooped center mids probably contribute to the spacious and clean overall balance, but they’re also the source of what might be my only minor complaint with the A5000: driving center mid overtones in male vocals and acoustic guitars can sometimes come across a little too quietly.
