Any moisture needs to be dried off before firing, especially oil from a painting medium, as it will burn. However, when you apply the gel on dry teeth and leave it on for a period undisturbed, a whitening pen will have a chance to work on brightening your teeth. You can fire them at a tack fuse temperature and they might retain some texture if you were to make a dot but they tend to also have a chalkier appearance at tower temperatures. Please note that alloys containing zinc and nickel are unsuitable as the enamel tends to react and not fuse to the surface.
