A cover for a mesh side trailer with ladder rack will have reinforced square/rectangular holes at the front corners for the posts to go through. The standard trailer cover has a ramp tailgate option and our mesh side cover fits a trailer with either the mesh ramp or the solid ramp. We can also provide branding on the cover, this can be a logo, text, or health and safety guidelines. I went the whole nine yards with my Hard Top, I got it strutted, hinged, waterproofed and locked so now my trailer is a massive boot and I can put anything in it. We have a great range of top-quality trailer covers from top brands such as Maypole, Caddy, Blue Diamond, and W4. The pre-formed 40mm x 40mm ladder rack holes were undersized and thus i had to modify the trailer steel to ensure the cover could be installed, they were circa 3mm too small on both holes for a nice fit.By selecting this option the cover supplied will have 3 short sides and will butt up to the tailgate. I would have been happy to pay a little more for reinforced corners but that would be ‘icing on the cake’. Heat welding is incredibly durable and 100% waterproof unlike stitching that rots and snaps and will leak over a short time.

It has to be stretched to the max for the reinforced holes to go over the ladder rack, but once over them and pulled down at the sides it is a really snug fit. Much better than my old cover as this is looser around the tail gate and they have allowed for the flaired out light clusters. All covers are supplied with brass eyelets in each corner and evenly spaced around the bottom no more than 400mm apart. The warranty does not cover transportation costs back to factory, Unauthorised modification, physical damage caused by improper usage and stress the product beyond its stated limit.Invest in a good quality trailer cover to protect the contents of your trailer from the elements whilst in transit.
