Girls like Raven (also called RaeRae) are not exactly welcomed at a school like this, she needs to keep her head down and continue to look the other way. These are the words her social worker told her as she dropped her into the newest hellhole, it was a place for ‘troubled teens’. Raven didn’t listen and has now gotten onto their radar. Now there's a new man in my life, one who isn't afraid to go after what he wants, and what he wants ... is me.

So I liked this well enough, but I feel like I could have liked it a bit more about 10 years ago, not when these characters are close to my daughters age. I can’t be thinking about my precious girl doing all the things these kids are doing ~ fake id’s, underage drinking and hookin up and what not. Can’t say I didn’t do it myself, but ya know, not my sweet baby girl. Going to have to start phasing out of reading YA romance. Also, can I just add a more general observation. This is not particular to this book only, I’ve seen this done 100 times before and that’s the overprotective brother routine.noah riley is the best book boyfriend of all time. i will forever adore him. he is the most selfless, most amazing human being to ever exist. i love the way he sacrificed himself in so many situations. and the love he had for his mom just melts my heart.

The story revolves around 5 inseparable best friends ~ Arianna, Mason, Chase, Brady & Cameron. They were together constantly in high school, are deeded a beach house together and go to college together. The girls live together and the boys live together. The boys play football together and if the girls aren't at the games then they're watching it on tv together. That's a whole lot of togetherness.This novel is rather hot and filled with a bunch of twists and turns. Raven and Maddoc are fantastic together, and readers enjoyed their moments of intimacy, and their moments of possession and unadulterated passion. Some found them to be quite a force and a great romance novel couple. Fans found themselves once more enthralled by one of Meagan’s stories, and she is an author they cannot read enough of. I do gotta say though that some of the things certain characters (such as Cam and Brady) said were a bit cringe imo but not that bad that I had to look away lol. For years, I've dreamt of what college life could bring and while some things changed, there was always one constant. i have never felt so deeply for book characters in my life, the love i have for them is unreal. i felt so at home reading about them and their relationships, and seeing how they develop through the book. and i am in awe of the characters and how beautifully they go together. These are the boys of Brayshaw High, who are treated like kings and are inconceivably attractive. Raven is the girl that got right in their way.

I'm not going to rate this book because it did bring out some emotions in me. I stewed in bed until I finally fell asleep and woke up still thinking about it. This is probably the longest review I've ever done. It probably makes zero sense because I am not a writer by any means.It has so many other tropes that I don’t want to spoil but if you want to know… look at the bookshelves here. Wow, I didn’t expect to love this book so much and have so many emotions coursing through me. The story was beautiful and I loved it.
