START BLASTING WITH NERF ALPHA STRIKE BLASTERS: Alpha Strike blasters are a great way to start experiencing the power, performance, and excitement of Nerf, the number one blaster brand* The Flyte likely takes its name from the word "flite", which means to engage in sharp debate. Flite is a synonym to the word "strife", from which the Stryfe takes its name from. The priming hammer placement is the same as the Hammershot, and it’s easy to pull down with your thumb for one-handed usage. Out of interest, I cut and installed a small length of CPVC (CTS 1/2″) to add some precompression (though more could have been done). That by itself raised velocities to 84fps. Final Opinion
