As this mower can be started electronically, Hyundai have provided you with an additional safety feature where push-button starter switch can be removed. This is a great safety option, not found on other electric start-up petrol lawn mowers, as once the button is removed it renders the mower child-proof. Just like the other lawn mowers I tested, the Hyundai comes with a polyester grass collector bag. When it comes to professional use, I’m not a great fan of the bags – they just don’t last as long as a hard box. This is a popular low emission & low maintenance engine that is used in many Hyundai petrol mowers and has proved to be a reliable and trustworthy choice. Getting this finish is harder to achieve with fewer blade positions, so by having seven to choose from it should be easy to get the desired finish, whether it is well-maintained or just a basic trim. I found the mower to be easy to manoeuvre, even around corners. The only issue could be with gardens that have very tight angles – you may struggle to access the point of those angles due to the size of the machine. I then tried it on long and damp grass that hadn’t been cut for several months. Again, no issues, and no choking either, even in areas that were wet rather than just damp.
