Creme de Framboise Briottet is a Raspberry Cream and is made by macerating ripe raspberries, the raspberries are soaked in a water-alcohol solution for a minimum period of two months. Maison Briottet is a family business, founded in 1836. Originally, the family were primarily negociants of Burgundy wine, involved with ageing, blending, bottling and selling the wines.
