So again I was about to drop it around ch20 yet I forced myself to keep reading a bit more. And again it improved after ch25 or so with the appearance of other two MLs and the FL being a bit less freaked out by dying after one mistake, letting her act more freely rather than being constantly on the receiving end. Even so, I found this one to be too "negative" for my taste, I don't particularly like angst, I can swallow it if it's the preamble to something else or if it's balanced by similar amounts of "victories", or in a well planned ending, but if angst and annoyance are pretty much all I'll get from the story (with some minor gain of putting a ML in his place ocacionaly) then like here, I'll have a hard time enjoying it. STORY | 10 | The plot in this is pretty great. Easy to follow, with plenty of cliche moments that don't really bother me as a reader. Compared to other manhwa I've read, it's unique. It's very painful and heartwrenching, with many moments that push me to keep reading. Overall, my favorite thing about this plot though is the game aspect. It's interesting as hell watching Penelope's decisions, and the turns Play as a high schooler taking classes online, manage your mental health with your actions. Learn each time you die, learn why you died and why you lived longer. Pay attention to class? Go to cross country practice? Play games? Which actions are the correct one, the one that can let you live. Meet your friends, learn about their lives, and find people you like. It'll only be a matter of time before you have to talk to them again for the first time. Keep dying, keep learning, just live. Live one more day.

The romance is just absolutely lovely. Even though it's categorized as a reverse harem its clear to the readers half way through that the main character could only romantically love one person. Their relationship build up also feels surprisingly natural and they both just feel like such a good match. She'smanipulative and driven, he's paraniod and almost world weary. They both have terrible lives and it just makes scene when they start to seek comfort from each other. The mcs share similar yet different circumstances about being transported into a different world and taking over a body that isn't theirs.
