Rachel Elizabeth Dare repeats this prophecy twelve times before it finally stops when Nico di Angelo and Will Solace go on their quest. It's later revealed that Hades sent the prophecy to his son so that he would rescue Bob the Titan.

It could have referred to either Harry Potter or Neville Longbottom. Both boys were born at the end of July 1980 (Harry on the 31st, Neville on the 30th) and both sets of parents had escaped Voldemort three times. Surviving the sea' can either mean surviving the army of the Heartless on the Ocean of Milk, or surviving through the Naga-Loka, which is basically under the sea. This likely refers to what would have happened if Nico gave in to Nyx: he would've stayed in Tartarus where no one would've ever been likely to find his body or soul. Tui knew from book one that the NightWings had lost their powers because she wanted the prophecy to be fake. [event 1]

S.P.T were the initials of Sybill Patricia Trelawney, and A.P.W.B.D, the initials of Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore.
