I understand that the yield from this beast is usually 8 servings, but the few recipes that came in the instruction booklet (food I’m not keen on anyway) were 5 or 6 servings. It works like a glorified bain marie. The flavour, texture and colour of the dishes were assessed after cooking on both low and high heats. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Keen on low carb stuff, soups, stews, chilli, joints etc, not curries, creamy dishes or puddings. The pot roast you can adapt, I know you said you couldn't but it really is easy, swap the potato slices for new potatoes or even tinned ones.
