Therefore, grid-based pie charts to present percentages were considered for each variable each month to improve the visualization of play activities and behaviors. Bubble pie charts [ 51] were used to represent the categories of the variables on a single grid map to allow for the representation of observed intervals in addition to percentages. This was to preview the distribution of the categories within these variables for each grid cell and reduce the number of maps required to present results effectively.
