We suspect this because of the missing foetus reports that have been medically documented and accumulated by abduction researchers across several different countries. We also suspect this from firsthand, oftentimes consciously recalled reports from eyewitnesses who have been introduced to their own children, created in part from their own sperm and ova but are living with Extraterrestrials or Advanced Intelligences. And, in mid-2018, we discover from an Experiencer that this is indeed the case. Researcher Ryan Dube possesses irrefutable evidence that items relating to the still-widely-discussed Project Serpo were hoaxed—typed up on Doty’s home computer. The fact that the planet that is part of the Zeta Reticuli system is inhabited by humanoids is confirmed by the stories of the spouses Barney and Betty Hill, abducted and returned to Earth. Besides, it is confirmed by the story of engineer Robert Lazar who worked in “Area 51”. Moreover, the Hill couple were able to remember what had happened to them only in a state of regressive hypnosis. Betty even managed to draw a star map, which had been shown to her by aliens. But Robert Lazar claimed that during his work in “Area 51,” he managed to see aliens from the planet Serpo and their aircraft several times.

Perhaps more interestingly, were the apparent requirements of the Greys. The US military, using advanced technology that they would provide, would construct “several underground bases”. These bases would house a combination of human and “grey personnel”. And would be top-secret to the point of absolute denial of their existence. These bases were only in certain parts of the United States at first. It would appear, however, that construction became rampant. Some claims state there are nearly thirty such bases around the US alone. Firstly, and I say this only as it pertains to my opinion of you, as no one of us on this comment section knows you personally, your response to a commentor you called "Ms. Warren" sounded a little aggressive. You seemed driven in your desire to have him or her believe you, and you even came across as a little arrogant. Assuming those who don't agree with you are sheep chasing anything and everything they hear in ufology doesn't strike me as boding well for gaining respect. Like my fellows who have challenged the claims you make in your article, I'm not entirely convinced of Doty's alleged disinformation. That doesn't mean I believe everything I hear, or that any research conducted on my part is inadequate. Serpo is an alleged planet of the binary star system ζ Reticuli, 39 light years from Earth. It is slightly smaller than Earth but has a human-breathable atmosphere. It is populated by an extraterrestrial race known as Ebens, who mostly live in rather simple villages. It was a Top Secret Meeting and the recording happened between March 6 and 8, 1981. Director Casey provided Reagan information about the exchange program.
