You need to use Calor Patio Gas (propane) or similar. The 5kg bottles fit nicely inside the cabinets of the Weber Spirit barbecue hidden from view. Watch Read More > The gas bottle housing unit, under the barbecue and behind the kettle screen, is designed to store a 5kg gas bottle. However, the E320 Weber can also be used with a 13kg gas bottle. To attach a 13kg bottle, you will need to feed the gas out through the circular opening in the side panel. Everything you need to be able to cook is included when you buy the Weber E320, but you will need to buy gas, and you can also consider buying additional cooking accessories that are designed for specific use with Weber barbecues. The gas is controlled through a series of dials on the face of the Spirit Series bbq. The "start/light" position that you use to light the grill is typically also the "high" position. The further you turn the knobs, the lower you are setting the grill. All Weber gas grills are designed to reach 260°-290°C, with the burners set to high and the lid closed, after about 10-15 minutes.
