Alexis: It’s just important by today’s standards, period. It’s not something that we advertise all the time, it’s just a part of today and part of us. We’re vegan and cruelty-free and everything is recyclable. It’s just us doing what we need to do as humans. Now artists can try out new colour ideas on a client’s hair with total confidence they can change it on their terms, without any compromise to the hair integrity and no need for colour correction. In fact, thanks to all the gorgeous oil extracts, Blank Canvas can leave the hair feeling even more healthy than before!

David: We love the salon family concept and it’s often done really well. But within that you have individuals that need to shine on their own. When using blue you’ll find the deeper you go the longer it will last. If you’re wanting even easier maintenance, Helena suggests using Pulp Riot Nemesis for a deeper smoked blue, or Nightfall for the deeper and brighter blue result. These blues will give your client an amazing fade and will last longer. My Absolute go-to formula for super frosty blondes right now is Liquid Demis 8-11 + 9-2. It’s so versatile! You can adjust the formula to add more 8-11 to take it silvery or more 9-2 for Icy platinum. If I could use two toner shades for the rest of my life, it would be these two! This also improves the contrast of green when the colour starts fading, not allowing it to become aquamarine but staying true to tone, becoming a more pastel blue wash after wash. My formula for the blue in the picture: Fresh hair after bleach level 9-10, ½ Nightfall& ½ Jam. For a deeper blue, I recommend 2/3 Nightfall& 1/3 Velvet.Perfect for nailing that exact shade your client loves, whether it’s a soft pastel pink or bold platinum blonde, Pulp Riot’s High Speed Toners are an essential part of any hair artist’s kit! Fading is one of the biggest issues when it comes to colourists working with semi-permanent colours and client confidence when it comes to wearing semi-permanent colours. When using Pulp Riot, there’s truly no reason for clients or professional colourists to fear semi-permanent colour. They can relax and enjoy the process of fading in the knowledge that nothing will go wrong. error":{"message":"Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their pass (truncated…)

Along with Pulp Riot Semi-Permanent Hair Colour and Pulp Riot Faction 8 Permanent Hair Colour, you will also find the fantastic Pulp Riot High Speed Toner! My favourite formula is Mercury, Blush and Powderbecause the colours sit so well together and create a beautiful palette of colours. My favourite formula is vibrant blue shades. I used to pre-tone after a scalp bleach before mixing blue, but it always had a tiny shade of green underneath the surface. Instead, I found that if I just mix a purple/pink colour with the blue, that one will work as a pre-toner, contrasting the warmth completely and, consequently, no greenish shades at the end. So the result will be a pure, vibrant blue. Talking about condition, all Pulp Riot products are infused with high-quality ingredients. This includes quinoa, a gluten-free seed that is protein rich, nourishing the hair and giving it the iconic shine that Pulp Riot is known for. Available in a choice of fashion shades to both correct and create hair colour to perfection, they work in just a matter of minutes, nourishing the hair while depositing intense colour pigment. How to Use Pulp Riot High Speed Toners… Cool: Many of the base colors lean more toward this category. Powder (light blue), Lilac (light purple), Mercury (light grey) and Blush (light pink) are vibrant yet cool and soft enough where they would joyfully accentuate a cool undertone. Nightfall (dark blue), Aquatic (medium green) and Velvet (dark purple) are still on the cool spectrum yet their depth might be too much for a cool, fair-skinned wearer, but a lovely option if slightly muted with Clear.
