Pregnancy and breast-feeding: The tablets do not contain sugar or gluten. You can take this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Dosage: For oral administration. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Adults, including the elderly and children 12 years and over: When symptoms occur take two to four tablets after meals and at bedtime. They work in 2 ways: a combination of two antacids to neutralise excess stomach acid, and an alginate which forms a protective layer that floats on top of the stomach contents, keeping it away from the lining of the food pipe.
