Psalm 121, for instance, vividly conveys the idea of God as a vigilant protector. It declares that God is the keeper of Israel, neither slumbering nor sleeping. This imagery is meant to reassure believers that God’s care is continuous and unwavering. For example, Psalm 27:10 says “Though my father and mother forsake me, yet will the Lord take me up.” And Isaiah 41:10 says “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God.” So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Perhaps you have heard these words or thought them yourself. “What is happening? How will I get through this situation? I need help.” God’s plans for us are filled with hope, prosperity, and protection. This verse reassures us that He has our best interests at heart, and our future is secure in His hands. Psalm 139:7-10

In 2 Corinthians 2:17, Apostle Paul distinguished himself from some preachers who were preaching for money – their motive for preaching the Word of God was to make money. There are still such people around today. “ They think that serving God is a way to get rich.” (1 Timothy 6:5b New Century Version). When stress enters my mind, I go to Him in prayer. Turning my worries over to God has proven time and time again, to be the best decision. Trying to handle troubled moments on my own has proven fruitless. You are a slave to whatever controls you. Don’t be a slave to sin (2 Peter 2:19b). Surrender your life to Jesus if you haven’t. Depart from sin. “Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: ‘The Lord knows those who are His,’ and, ‘Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity’” (2 Timothy 2:19 New King James Version). God is watching you. Furthermore, in the New Testament, Jesus himself speaks about God’s watchful care. He uses the analogy of a loving father who provides for his children, assuring that God, who is even more compassionate, knows our needs and attends to them.

It may be hard to believe that the Lord watches over your coming and going but that’s where faith comes in. If God says something in His Word, we have to believe it to be true. Are you looking for reassurance that God is watching over you? Drawing comfort and hope from the Bible can be a great source of encouragement. He doesn’t have a body like us; he presents many visible signs of his presence in front of us. If you consciously choose to live your day, you, yourself can encounter many conversations with Him. 7 Mystical Signs God is Watching Over You 1- Sense of Protection by Someone Unseen Jesus said to each of the seven churches of Asia Minor, “I know your works” (Revelation 2:2, 9, 13, 19; 3:1, 8, 15). He is also saying to you. He knows your work. He is watching you and will reward you accordingly. God is watching you. When life gets tough, we can cast all our cares upon Him because He cares for us deeply. The Scriptures remind us that God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble. We should hold fast to these promises, knowing that our God is faithful and true. In times of uncertainty and hardship, we can find peace and rest in the knowledge that we are under the watchful eye of the Almighty God.

Deuteronomy 32:10– In a desert land he found him, in a barren and howling waste. He shielded him and cared for him; he guarded him as the apple of his eye. Biblically speaking, God watches all the earth from His heavenly throne. The book of Isaiah says, “Behold, the Lord’s eye is on those who fear Him, on those who hope in His mercy” (Isaiah 33:15). From this, we can understand that He observes and understands what each of us does. Not only does He see our actions, but He also knows our motives and thoughts—nothing escapes His attention (Hebrews 4:13). How can we fight an enemy we can’t see? How do we defend ourselves against evil people? That’s why it’s so reassuring to know that God watches over us. You have an all-knowing, all-powerful, omnipresent God who is fighting on your behalf. I saw this reminder also in Jane Doe. And you may wonder, how could this book remind me that God watches over us? It was so dark, as my son would say. There are many Bible verses to prove that God is really watching over us. One of my favorite passages is Psalm 91:11-12.“For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.” This passage makes me feel like I am being carried by the angels and protected from harm as long as I don’t do anything stupid or dangerous. The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. This verse reminds us to be brave and resolute in the face of adversity. God’s presence is assured, as He promises never to leave or abandon us. His unyielding support enables us to confront life’s challenges with confidence. Psalm 23:1-4
