The Cosori Air Fryer has a square basket meaning you can fit more in, and as it is removable, it is easy to clean too! The presets allow you to literally press a button and auto-select the correct cooking temperature and time for whatever you are making. This model also lets you adjust the temperature as your food cooks. Every time you touch a button the COSORI Air Fryer beeps, but the panel is responsive and it's easy to start, pause, and pre-heat. The controls are responsive and show the remaining time when you start the cooking process.

The COSORI Air Fryer arrives in a large box and comes fully assembled and ready to plug in and go. It's got a basket that sits inside a drawer on the lower portion of the fryer. You can slide forward a plastic panel to press a button and remove the basket from the drawer, which removes the basket full of your air-fried food on the attached handle. The design is reminiscent of the Proscenic T21 Smart Air Fryer, but it feels less flimsy and the basket doesn't hang off the handle quite so much. I left it to run for the first part of the 25-minute preset function and then removed the basket. The pork steaks were cooked perfectly as were the potatoes. This was good to see as I turned the steaks over; I managed to lose some potatoes underneath. It didn’t affect how they cooked at all. If I had to choose between this model and the Cosori 5.5L (which I am also currently reviewing), I would go for the Dual Blaze. Overall, this air fryer oven is a great choice for people who want a smart and versatile appliance that can easily cook various dishes. It is easy to use and clean and has a large capacity and dual heating technology, making it stand out from other models. It is also reasonably priced for its quality and features. The LED touch panel offers four pre-set cooking functions– Air Fry, Roast, Bake, and Reheat, taking the guesswork out of cooking. The ability to customise and save your favourite settings is a particularly thoughtful touch.

The Cosori 3.8L has a temperature range of 75-230℃and the air fryer’s top-positioned control panel makes it easy to view and adjust settings. One-touch food presets simplify your cooking process, taking the guesswork out of meal preparation. Furthermore, the Cosori 3.8L is fully compatible with the VeSync app and Google Assistant, offering smart control for hands-free cooking. It’s also worth noting that the basket size is ample for two to four people, I often make three to four portions of a recipe. You can easily cook various foods, from chips and meatballs to a whole gammon joint. Maintenance of the Cosori Air Fryer is easy. The appliance is made from aluminium and plastic materials, and the dishwasher-safe basket simplifies clean-up. Another reason I prefer the Dual Blaze over this model is the design of the basket. This model has a removable basket that detaches on the handle – although this air fryer has remained sturdy so far I did once own an air fryer with this design before and the clasp broke where it detaches.

On the downside, this model doesn’t come with WiFi connectivity and can’t be linked to the VeSync app. Personally, I don’t see this as a problem; I rarely use the WiFi feature on the air fryers I have with it as a function. I absolutely love the air fryer, and I can honestly say it will make a great addition to your kitchen. I have been using mine for around a month now with no issues. It is super easy to use, clean and cooks perfectly. I love that you can adjust times and temperatures to suit yourself and cook different foods together with ease. The included VeSync app includes 30 original recipes designed specifically for Cosori air fryers. The 2L Cosori is light, compact, and incredibly efficient.
