About this deal

With a cast of upward of 11 main characters, most of who give their Points Of View and narrative throughout this book needs a ‘Cast List’ at the beginning,I managed without but did take me a good 25% to remember who was who and who had done what with who and how they were all related, that aside it is a good drama surrounding a stately home that is bequest to a family member on the death on the current owner,it doesn’t go on hierarchy or age just on who the present owner feels would benefit from the house on their departure from the world……you can imagine the chaos, bad feeling and resentment this causes ( it’s all done via a meal where letters are given to each person who could be in line to get the house ) She frequently writes for numerous publications, such as the Independent, Marie Claire, the Guardian, Glamour, the Daily Telegraph, the Sunday Telegraph, and the New Statesman. Well written, with a plot and characters that haunt you long after you've finished. Jane Corry, author of I MADE A MISTAKE

But when something goes badly wrong one night and Zadie disappears in the aftermath, Chloe knows she should have done more to help her friend. It's something she'll always regret. A heady, glamorous tale with a dark side - another compulsively readable thriller from Rebecca Reid' Emma Rowley, author of You Can Trust Me

It's time to dismantle the idea that the traditional family unit is best for every child

Joining the Telegraph Media Group will get your vocation off to a strong start, whether you need to take your most memorable steps in news broadcasting or seek business experience in a high-speed media industry. There are plenty of twists in this entertaining thriller and the tension builds brilliantly.' Good Housekeeping The books approaches very sensitive subjects head on and sometimes without resolution, however this is very true to life, not all awkward and unpleasant situations do have a rosy outcome,it was very true to life in this respect and I liked how the author didn’t tie all these things up to be ‘sorted’ Rebecca Reid worked as a freelance writer for the Telegraph, but she could make a good net worth from it. When used correctly, doing things that feel rude is actually merely being direct, assertive and putting your own needs above the needs of others – personality traits which will, I promise, make your life both easier and happier. Roxborough House has been in the same family for generations, but rather than being inherited by the oldest child, the current owner can decide who the next owner of Roxborough will be based on who they believe is the most deserving. No-one knows who it is going to be until after the death of the predecessor, when all potential inheritors receive a letter and have to open them together.DISCLOSURE: Thank you to Random House UK, Transworld, Penguin via Netgalley for providing a digital ARC of The Will by Rebecca Reid for review. All opinions expressed in this review are entirely my own personal opinions. Roxborough Hall in Norfolk plays at centre stage in this compelling novel. It’s home to the Mordaunt family and has been for generations. As part of the Mordaunt family tradition the house is bequeathed to a member of the family who is deemed most worthy, primogeniture is thrown out of the window and everyone is in with a chance of inheriting the hall. Letters are written to every member of the family detailing not only who is to be the next owner of Roxborough but also the reasons why the others have not inherited it. Leaving this aside on my second read, not wasting my time waiting for a murder, I discovered and enjoyed a very involving mystery and enjoyed the deeper threads and appreciated the relationships between the characters more as well as tuning into a much richer story. As expected there were secrets, lies and revelations within the family as they all were keen to inherit this fortune in the building. Also, we have no information about his son and daughter. We can’t say their name. If you know some information, please comment below. Education and Favorite Things
