Lanie's first student counseling session is with Raven Marx...a senior with some behavioral issues which are complicated by a widowed father focused on the continued success of his company. Seems Andrew Marx had distanced his relationships due to the painful loss of his wife ten years earlier. The man might be wealthy and successful, but his heart was still hostage to her loss. When he catches sight of Lanie, something shifts...he finds himself distracted, intrigued and "on fire" for the woman!
