About this deal

As a separate line within the McFarlane ecosystem, they offer models under the branding – “Gold Label Collection”. I could regurgitate all of Mcfarlane’s mumbo-jumbo or you can just read it here. The BigMek is a trash-beast of a model when compared to your standard infantry, the throw-together Space Marine suit. When adding chipping to one of the painted decal areas like the shield, shoulder, or knee, I applied the same ‘dry sponge’ method, but instead of Rhinox Hide I used some Macragge Blue , as this is the colour of the base plastic and will give the effect of exposed ceramite under the decal.

If you serve the will of the Hive Mind, there’s no better way to prove it than with this fearsome Genestealer action figure. It comes pre-painted in the colours of Hive Fleet Leviathan, and this beastie looks ready to tear anything in its way to pieces. Ymgarl Genestealer – Artist’s Proof Why not make us a sister with a face, it’s one of the most iconic parts of that army. Female fighters sans helmet. We know you can do faces McFarlane McFarlane Necron Flayed One Finally, the body now has sculpted battle damage on the surface, on the knees at least. It’s hard to see in the image above as they are sculpted in but not accented with any paint to emphasize the armour distress. But you can see it more clearly on the Artist’s Proof version below. Diablo IV

I honestly hope this is a precursor to some new Tyranid releases from GW. Ymgarl Genestealer – Artists Proof

Interesting. Though I would have expected Dark Angels, Space Wolves, Imperial Fists or Salamanders first. Here’s the Primaris Ultramarine Assault Intecessor and his components. Please agree with me that you would have preferred a stand which is more in scale with the bases we are used to? This Primaris Space Marine Hellblaster is a classic matte grey figure to allow the consumer to paint and customize their figure like classic Warhammer 40k minifigures He looks fairly posable too even though he has fewer points of articulation than the Bandai version McFarlane Toys – Necron Warrior Though most of these are identical to an equivalent painted model, there are a couple with changes (essentially to de-faction) shown below.Want to learn more about painting your own figure? Learn the basics of brush care, setting up your area, thinning your paints and more with the Warhammer Community Hot on the heels of Games Workshop’s Bandai Space Marines. Gdubyas partnered up with Mcfarlane toys to create a line of Acton figures. These are far more affordable than the Bandai varients at 1/3rd the cost. It’s almost like Mcfarlane found out that JoyToy were also making Reivers and so figured, we’ll if they are doing it with their quality level. we probably shouldn’t even bother trying too hard. Ultramarine Reiver – Artists Proof Imperial observers have likened the fire of a Hellblaster Squad to the incinerating power of a stellar flare. Bolt after bolt of plasma sears across the battlefield; those caught in the Hellblasters’ sights are swiftly annihilated, their armor blasted to ash and their flesh and bone to glowing motes. Even armored fighting vehicles are swiftly reduced to heaps of metallic slag. Deployed at the correct point and time, a single Hellblaster Squad can blunt the thundering assault of an armored spearhead or lay low even the most titanic alien fiend. What is it about third parties and Aquilas? (the Chest Wings). Why can’t anyone get them to match the dimensions we already have? GW has the 3d Model of A Space Marine chest, just use that. This is one part of the model that puts me off. Why couldn’t they just make it the same but bigger!

Again with the improperly proportioned Aquilla, not that I expected this to be different to the painted version – this is now standard going forward. My heartfelt opinion at this stage is “meh”, but again, I’m going to buy them all anyway and so are many of you. McFarlane Warhammer Figures – Wave 4 Other than that the proportions of the marine look pretty spot on. Though the Pistol and the Chain Sword look a bit small they actually look good when he’s holding them. It’s billed to be a highly limited range of models spread amongst the existing lines. every so often an existing series may be accompanied by a Gold label model. Hey Siege Studios! Can we have an action Figure category at next year’s IronSkull? (Help me out everyone, go ask them to do it) McFarlane Warhammer Figures – Wave 2 McFarlane Blood Angel Hellblaster The Body sculpt is identical to the model used in Series 1. Just with the hands swapped out, the skin bits added and a spikey spine. All of the surface battle damage is identical to last years model. McFarlane Necron Flayed One – Artists Proof The sculpt of this model has gone full Blood Angel – with about as much effort put in as GW put into their faction-specific upgrade sprues. Another change for this model versus the marines in the previous series is the head sculpt – which to me just looks a little off. Thoughts?
