About this deal

Place strawberries in a glass jar with airtight closing and pour in the alcohol. It’s very important that all strawberries stay covered with alcohol. If needed you can either remove a few strawberry pieces or add just a little bit more of alcohol. Leave To Macerate Prosecco - you can create alcohol infused strawberries with pretty much any dry alcohol. Some substitutes include champagne, vodka, rum, white wine, red wine or rose. Any strawberries that started to soften or turn a burgundy/brown-ish color should not be used to make the liqueur.

This recipe uses Prosecco, we used one pound of strawberries and one bottle of Prosecco. Make sure you use enough Prosecco to fully cover your strawberries.
