While it is not dangerous to print expired or incorrectly stored resin, the chances of success are much lower. Even if you succeed to print, the material will probably have lost some of its original qualities. The year 2020 has witnessed the birth of a new member of Creality, Creality LD-002H Resin 3D Printer, an upgraded version of the Creality LD-002R 3d printer.
You can think of it like a bottle of pulpy orange juice. You need to shake it well to get all the juicy bits that have sunk to the bottom. Lower the lift speed (60mm/min is a good baseline), increase the base (aka initial, bottom, burn-in) exposure, raise the ambient temp to ≈25°C (or as specified), and lightly sand the build plate. Creality LD-002H 3d printer adopted a molding size of 130*82*160mm, which is much larger than its predecessor LD002R's 119*65*160mm size.The names of the settings might be different depending on which slicer you use (eg. Chitubox, Lychee, PrusaSlicer etc.) You can always figure this out through some experimentation, but using ones which are already confirmed by other users can save you a lot of time and frustration. Light off delay: The amount of time the curing light will be off for between each layer. This helps resin spread out evenly after the build plate moves up, and helps cool down the LCD screen.
