The product has an odd consistency like its stringy almost - like snail trail lol - that put me off at first but I put my big girl pants on and it makes me skin feel very soft and hydrated I haven't been using it long enough for full effect review but so far I really like it. Since my addiction to snail mucin, I’ve been pretty determined to find another snail product that would offer the same benefits (or more, if possible) because hey, variety is the spice of life. But I didn't want to just curate any snail slime. I wanted it to be consistent with the benefits of snail mucin: ultimate hydration and a visible reduction of acne scarring. Non-heavy texture which is suitable for all ages- hydrating, fast-absorbing eye cream which does not over nourishment. Perfect for those in their 30s who want to focus on aging care, as well as those who want to start eye care earlier from their 20s.

I really enjoyed using this product. My eye area feels really hydrated after using and it doesn’t irritate my eyes at all. I’m on my second bottle now (lasts for so long) and i have to say it’s one of the best products I have ever used. My skin has been really irritated and inflamed from using tretinoin and this has helped so much. Leaves my skin looking hydrated and pairs nice with the beauty of Joseon collection. So far so good. I haven’t noticed much of a difference, I use this more as a preventative measure. It comes in a pump that’s easy to control, it spreads and absorbs easily. This is a lot for an eye product and will last quite a while. Thanks to its light-weight texture, the essence sinks into the skin fast, giving it deep hydration - your face will have a healthy "glass skin" glow after using this product! This essence is water based rather than oil, which makes it perfect for all skin types, even for oily and combination skin! This lightweight cream is a powerhouse of moisture. With 92% snail secretion filtrate, it quenches the skin’s thirst and aids in repairing skin damage. By this metric, the Advanced Snail line should be appropriate for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Of course, the best judge of this will be your doctor, so both I and the COSRX team recommend that you consult your physician before use—bring the ingredients lists for the products you want to use if you can! Advanced Snail Hydrogel Eye Patch: In both design and formulation, these patch-style hydrogel masks are superb. 15-20 minutes with the patches on works to plump up and iron out any fine lines I put them on. I like using the large pieces under my eyes, especially since they cover my cheeks as well for bonus glow and moisture. The small pieces work well on nasolabial folds or upper eyelids. Use these in the same step that you would use a regular sheet mask, and follow up with an eye cream. I also think if you have REALLY dry skin you’d probably have to supplement this with another moisturiser. It’s great for providing an instant boost on hydration, but it’s not super effective at retaining moisture. In the winter I tend to use this as an extra layer before I moisturise and this works really well. In fact, doing it this way means that my skin feels SUPER hydrated in the colder months.

After using it for a while, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin texture. It felt smoother. If you take a look at the ingredients, you’ll notice it’s very, very minimal bare bones skin care. It’s a good thing. Note that snail secretion filtrate is at the top and no water! Panthenol and sodium hyaluronate are humectants which literally helps your skin attract moisture to your skin like a magnet. The slimy texture may unappealing to some. If you get past the gooey, stringy texture, you can appreciate how hydrating and soothing this K-Beauty moisturizer is!
