The Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs is Taittinger's most prestigious cuvée, made exclusively from Ch Taittinger Nocturne is a “Sec” champagne composed of Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (60%). Blended from around thirty different vineyards from various vintages, this wine is laid down for four years to age before being disgorged.

The subtle and delicate bouquet reveals the delightful aromas of yellow peaches and dried apricots. The entry is smooth and creamy, yet very crisp. The palate gives way to flavours of raisins and fruits in syrup. The long and smooth finish is distinctively sweet and full of flavour. Taittinger Nocturne is a "Sec" Rose Champagne made using L'addition method where still red wine is added to white wine before fermentation. This gives a consistent colour and style. This wine is composed of Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (70%). Blended from around thirty different vineyards from various vintages, it is laid down for four years to age before being disgorged. A 17.5g/l dosage of sugar cane combined with the slow cellar-ageing create a round and smooth Rose Champagne that is perfect to enjoy late in the evening.

The Comtes de Champagne Rosé is a rare and luxurious vintage Champagne, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, with a small portion of the wine aged in oak barrels. Its seductive salmon-pink color and intense red fruit and floral aromas make it an exceptional choice for special occasions. Vintage Taittinger Champagnes Millésimé Toasty, bready and robust especially for a Champagne house known for the delicacy of its sparkling wines. This Champagne is a sparkling wine blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. This is a special edition bottle of the Taittinger in purple glittering squares ("reflective tiles") meant to look like a disco ball. (It certainly does after several glasses of this bubbly.) The grapes are sourced from more than 30 different crus or villages and vineyards for the final blend: that's the magic of Champagne. This champagne has a slightly sweeter dosage than the regular bottles at 17.5 grams per litre and is combined is a long aging period in the winery's cellars to create a rich and robust bubbly ready for clubbing. Taittinger's Nocturne is matured for a minimum of 4 years before disgorgement (removing the dosage and sediment to put the final cork in) which creates richness and creaminess. Love this.
