The prize of the month-long contest is powerful enough to change history, and Kaderin will do anything to win it for her sisters. Wanting only to win her, forever, Sebastian competes as well, taking every opportunity—as they travel to ancient tombs and through catacombs, seeking relics around the world—to use her new feelings to seduce her. But when forced to choose between the vampire she's falling for and reuniting her family, how can Kaderin live without either? When Neil is named valedictorian, Rowan has only one chance at victory: Howl, a senior class game that takes them all over Seattle, a farewell tour of the city she loves. But after learning a group of seniors is out to get them, she and Neil reluctantly decide to team up until they’re the last players left—and then they’ll destroy each other. And when it came to business, nothing was off-limits: poaching each other’s employees, copying each other’s products, planting spies, hiring ex-husbands, and one-upping each other every chance they had. This was a rivalry from which there was no surrender! And through it all were two women, bold, brazen, and determined to succeed—no matter the personal cost. Tate and Fallon never kiss or sleep with other guys but it's perfectly acceptable for their male counterparts to be manwhores.

The sex scenes were pretty darn hot. If you think Bully and Until You were hot, this book surpassed both of them in the steam department. And I got to tell you, for readers who are looking for some serious steam in their book, read this book.Fallon's dad is part Irish so he must have Guinness on tap on his house. Sure why not add in a racist cliché there too cos all Irish people are such drunks aren't they. Beatrice Goodwin left Manhattan a duchess and has returned a divorcée, ready to seize control of her fate and the family business. Goodwin’s Department Store, once the pinnacle of fashion, has fallen from favor thanks to Dalton’s, its glamorous competitor across the street. But this rivalry has a distinctly personal edge… It’s the last day of senior year. Rowan Roth and Neil McNair have been bitter rivals for all of high school, clashing on test scores, student council elections, and even gym class pull-up contests. While Rowan, who secretly wants to write romance novels, is anxious about the future, she’d love to beat her infuriating nemesis one last time. Once again, Fallon and Madoc were very love/hate with each other. The last two years of miscommunication building in to hate and anger. So many secrets and feelings kept from each other In many cases, the characters may start off as adversaries in some sort of professional or personal context, such as in the workplace, a sport, a competition, or a family feud. As they spend more time together and get to know each other better, they begin to realize that their initial impressions were wrong, and that they have feelings for each other.

Sitting across from me every damn Monday with his lovely, smug smile and his too-perfect teeth, the living symbol of everything I hate. It’s been my policy to avoid him, but when a case comes into the firm—one that could change his career and mine—I make an exception. It means weekends and evenings by his side. It means enduring his smirk and his smart mouth and never taking the bait. But when secrets emerge and everything starts to fall apart, how can either of the warring women win—especially when they’ve just met their match? Of course I want to be like them. They’re beautiful as blades forged in some divine fire. They will live forever... And Cardan is even more beautiful than the rest. I hate him more than all the others. I hate him so much that sometimes when I look at him, I can hardly breathe. more

How to Vote

Penelope Douglas is married and have a daughter named Aydan. When she’s not writing, she likes to visit old ships and go on road trips. Book Overall, this author can write, the pace was good and those sex scenes were steamy but the love wasn't there and the last 30 percent was soap opera ridiculous. In this stunning new novel, bestselling author Gill Paul reveals the unknown history of cosmetic titans Elizabeth Arden and Helena Rubinstein and their infamous rivalry that spanned not only decades, but also broken marriages, personal tragedies, and a world that was changing dramatically for women—perfect for fans of Fiona Davis, Marie Benedict, and Beatriz Williams. You know what I used to call you? Pussy-on-the-Premises. You were convenient when I need to blow a load, Fallon.’’ As the competition heats up, Nishat has a decision to make: stay in the closet for her family, or put aside her differences with Flávia and give their relationship a chance.

But things aren’t exactly working out that way. Because every fiery exchange has her wondering if he’s as passionate in the bedroom as he is in the courtroom. Each argument and objection only makes him want her more. In the end, Brent and Kennedy may just find themselves in love…or in contempt of court... I love a forbidden romance, so this book was right up my alley. With parents scheming to keep them apart and colossal misunderstandings standing between them, this duo had to fight an uphill battle every step of the way. In addition, Fallon had to come to terms with the facts, as well as her feelings, and decide what revenge was really worth to her. Throw in some angst, betrayal and deception and you've got a great tale. From the moment I read the synnopsis I was intrigued!Love/hate relationships always are the best!!Finally we can see and understand some of Madoc's reactions in the previous books and finally we can understand him better!!The characters were realistic and all the time I felt like I was into the story!!It was hot, funny and romantic! Fallon and Madoc have been stepsiblings that tolerate each other at best. When they're sixteen it developed into something different and the two got along. Until the day Fallon disappeared and Madoc's parents wouldn't say where she went. and then Jax took one for the team. Why? Again with the whole 17 year old how unrealistic can this get?Sometimes I wore smiles but didn’t feel them. Sometimes I felt them and didn’t wear them. I didn’t want her to know how much I craved this. I bit my bottom lip.”
