It took me some time to locate the battery compartment- which was extremely well hidden but quite small in size. The motor was also poorly soldered, it came loose as I was taking the body apart to take chassis photos.

Hopefully there will be a redesigned lower control arm in the future, as I think this is the component most susceptible to damage on this vehicle. As the D-12 is rear wheel drive vehicle, the front wheels can achieve quite a significant steering angle. Disclaimer: Although the sample was provided by the manufacturer, there is an understanding that the review will remain unbiased and that product flaws, if found, will be discussed. That said, I feel that the overall quality is much better than that of previous RTRs- the paint has this attractive metallic finish and there were very few paint flaws. The off-white D-12 is also extremely attractive. Leaf springs at the rear and a twist-beam inspired front suspension provide a firm ride, which can be softened with some payload (though this causes some other problems, more on that later).For a run video and a second opinion, I’d like to direct you to a review done by a good friend of mine- David a.k.a.
