About this deal

The Arc de Triomphe is open daily, from 10am–11pm between 1 April and 30 September and from 10am–10.30pm the rest of the year. Though it does close on certain public holidays and for official ceremonies. Entry costs €13 for adults or free for under 18s – you can also get free entry with a Paris Museum Pass* (available for 2, 4 or 6 days). FRENCH RIVIERA: Plan your visit to the French Riviera and Provence in our 10 Day French Riviera Itinerary.

Despite most locals thinking it was an eyesore when it was first built, the Eiffel Tower is still going strong and attracts almost six million visitors each year. There are three different levels which you can access. To reach the first and second floors you can climb the stairs (674 in total) or take a hydraulic lift which travels diagonally up the tower’s legs. With its general look designed to give the inside-out kind of architecture, Centre Pompidou is another art museum and cultural center that gives the best views in Paris. Besides offering green spaces for a Parisian picnic and a long fountain to relax at, the park also offers stunning views of the city given the fact that it’s located on a hill — it’s actually the highest park in Paris.Opening Hours: The Panthéon is open from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM from 1st October – 31st March and from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM from 1st April – 31st September. To limit global warming to 1.5°C, greenhouse gas emissions must peak before 2025 at the latest and decline 43% by 2030.

It's a very pleasant 90-minute stroll from one end to the next. Along the way, you'll pass flower gardens, bamboo groves, trellises of climbing plants, rose bushes, and lime and hazelnut trees, while catching glimpses of the Parisian skyline and scenes of street life below. There are also plenty of benches, picnic spots and gardens offering a rest stop and a chance to soak up the nature vibe. You can very much appreciate Paris from the ground, but if you go higher or see it from above, it’s even much more impressive. From the towers of the basilica itself, the le Parvis of Sacré Coeur to Notre Dame Cathedral, Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, and the business district of Paris, you can see absolutely everything from here and that’s why it makes it to the list of the best views of Paris.

One of the unusual but equally fun things to do in Paris is to go on a hot air balloon ride at Parc Andre Citroen! My suggestion is La Coupole, which is a short walk from the tower. The food is good, the service excellent, and the atmosphere totally Paris even with the crowds. Try their lamb curry. Look for me, I’m there often. Best appreciated on a clear and sunny day, these destinations are sure to refresh the wavering cultural mind. However, if the views and peaceful environment still don’t quite alleviate the ails of sight-seeing, travellers will be pleased to note that cafes and restaurant facilities are in abundance in nearly all of the buildings featured. Kind to the budget and easy on the eyes, there is no reason why your chosen restorative should not be Paris en haut.

From the second floor at 115 metres you already get amazing views across the city, and you’re not even halfway up. Then from there it’s straight up another 160 metres in a second lift. Despite the small space they’ve managed to squeeze a compact Champagne bar in at the top, so you can toast Paris from its highest point with a €22 glass of bubbly. THE LOUVRE: In our Guide to the Louvre, we cover the top things to see, a walking route through the Louvre, plus lots of tips to help you get the most out of your visit and avoid the crowds. Khayma Rooftop Bar: We all know that a view in Paris doesn’t come cheap, but what if you can have it for cheap? Yeah, Khayma Rooftop bar on Generator Paris, a popular hostel is the perfect place to go for stunning views of Paris while paying less (be it for drinks or a room if you choose to stay overnight). The bar offers indubitably the most incredible views of Sacré Coeur and the entire Montmartre hill. While at the top of the Montparnasse Tower, you can expect to see the Eiffel Tower as it glistens in sheer beauty if you visit at the top of the hour at night, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre museum, Arc de Triomphe, the Seine river and the entire Paris skyline. With the Paris Agreement, countries established an enhanced transparency framework (ETF). Under ETF, starting in 2024, countries will report transparently on actions taken and progress in climate change mitigation, adaptation measures and support provided or received. It also provides for international procedures for the review of the submitted reports.
