It also appears in the episode, "The Baby Sea Turtles." The Gup-F was made to look like a clownfish. It did not have any real interior or exterior, but a basic metal frame with controls. The Octonauts assemble Tweak's new Deep Sea Octolab and lower it to the deepest part of the ocean, the Mariana Trench, where Shellington and Dashi intend to study the sealife. Whilst the Octonauts are setting up the base it is invaded by some giant isopods and other creatures which are looking for a new hydrothermal vent to live around. They also observe some sea cucumbers and luminous sea stars, and whilst chasing an out of control Octobot robot, Kwazii has to avoid undersea mud volcanoes which have created a lake of hot mud on the seafloor and lava.

The Gup-K was invented by Tweak. It is half swamp boat and half tank. Barnacles drives the Gup-K in The Great Swamp Search episode to save invasive species from Tweak's home, the Everglades, from a wildfire. Its design was based off of an alligator. Tweak had the idea for this Gup since she was a little bunny. Drooping lamp from the top of the hull to distract or lure creatures and light the path when the waters get dark. As newborn baby sea turtles make their way to the ocean, the Octonauts must help them avoid predators when a large wave threatens the island where the precious eggs are buried - not that they'll admit it!

The Octonauts use magnets and a humphead parrotfish to try to stop a large meteor that's heading towards the Octopod.Gup-F - a pedal-powered Gup, based on an X-ray fish. It was the first Gup Tweak ever built. Although it is also the slowest one, it was helpful when there was no other Gup to use, like in the episode " The Speedy Sailfish". It was destroyed by the first part of a hurricane in the episode " The Artificial Reef". It was then turned into an artificial reef to protect the creatures who lived in a small reef which was also destroyed by the hurricane. Gups are special underwater submarine-like vehicles that the Octonauts use. There are currently 26 Gups (not including the so called " Terra Gups" from Octonauts: Above and Beyond) known in Octonauts, but not all of them have been seen. Most have appeared in the episodes and specials of the series, and at least 5 have appeared in the two movies ( The Underwater Caves of Sac Actun , Octonauts and the Great Barrier Reef and the The Octonauts Movie: The Ring of Fire.).

The Gup-N is an upcoming Gup. Nothing is known about it yet, but it has only been seen on the Octonauts Gup Alphabet Chart with a question mark as the picture. According to the producers at Silvergate Media, attempts are being made to have Above & Beyond return to public television airings. Kwazii takes a vacation on Coconut Island where he gets hit by some coconuts. Then he and the Octonauts must help their old friends the Coconut Crabs discover who's stealing all their coconuts. Gup-Y - an upcoming Gup. It is modeled after the yeti crab. It may be a deep-sea excavation Gup that may work around the Deep Sea Octolab in the Mariana Trench. Not much more is known about it.
