About this deal

I’m very specific in this post when I reference which eggs are gluten-free and safe to eat. So please don’t assume that, just because you’ve seen one egg from a particular brand in this post, that every egg by the same brand is also gluten-free. Galaxy is the real supreme of the chocolate world. It's an absolute must for me during Easter. These scrumptious, rich Galaxy milk chocolate eggs are filled with gooey, sweet caramel. They are to die for! Each egg is a little drop of heaven and is individually wrapped in a gorgeous, shiny wrapper that is attractive enough to hypnotize you. Make sure to get more than one bag as they are very addictive. I do tend to go a bit over kill on my decoration, but I do like to make a showstopper out of a dessert. This recipe can easily be switched up and be made to be similar like my no-bake caramel Rolo cheesecake, and vice versa. However, CADBURY’S IS DELICIOUS. The Colin the Caterpillar Easter egg is perfect for kids. Wrapped in florescent green foil, the large egg was super creamy and smooth. Plus it came with a large bag of white chocolate mini Colin faces. M&S has launched a tempting Easter range featuring everything from fun chocolate eggs and special Colin the Caterpillar cakes, to sweet and savoury hot cross buns (even cheese ones). The collection is so creative, eye-catching and best of all, utterly divine.

Ahead of Easter Sunday (April 9, 2023) I've got a long list of gluten free, coeliac-safe Easter eggs in UK supermarkets right now. I've broken this blog post into two sections for ease: Gluten Free Easter Eggsand Gluten and Dairy Free Easter Eggs.

Disclaimer

When the blondies had cooled enough to be handled, I turned them out and sliced them into 16 squares, drizzled some melted chocolate on top and added a piece of Galaxy to each slice. Amy's top tips

If you have an electric or stand mixer I recommend you use it for whisking the sugar and eggs into the blondie batter. This produces a really light and beautiful texture. Make the caramel by melting together butter, sugar and condensed milk. Once it is melted, turn up the heat and let it bubble whilst stirring constantly for 6 minutes on a gas hob (or simmer for 10-12 minutes on an induction hob) .Pour the caramel on top of the biscuit base and put it in the fridge to cool and set. Next, pour melted Galaxy chocolate over the top and decorate with the Galaxy chocolates. Each bite-sized egg is individually wrapped to ensure freshness, but the colourful tin wrappers won’t stop you from virtually inhaling these little sweeties!Add the butter and white chocolate to a mixing bowl and microwave in 30 second bursts until melted. Leave to cool for a few minutes.

Soooo ITS NEARLY EASTER AGAIN! I do realise its still February when I am posting this new recipe, but its only just over a month until Easter so posting my second Easter related recipe of the year is totally acceptable… right? I really hope so otherwise I am screwed.. but just look at it! Next, I added the vanilla extract and eggs. I used my stand mixer to whisk everything together for about 3 minutes. The blondie batter went almost mousse-like in texture and was very light. Dairy Fine Mini Eggs Chunky Bar - 225g (a great alternative to the Cadbury's Mini Eggs Bar which is now a 'may contain' for gluten)

Add the vanilla extract to the bowl along with the eggs. Beat well for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. I decided from the off that after my no-bake Mini Egg cheesecake and my no-bake Creme Egg cheesecakerecipes that I NEEDED to do a caramel one. So, Cadburys caramel it is. You can buy Galaxy caramel eggs around Easter time, but I do love a Cadburys caramel egg quiiiiittteeee a lot so I went for them. Add the caster sugar to the melted butter and chocolate and beat using an electric whisk for 2 minutes until pale and creamy.

So this started out as my base blondie recipe, it's exactly the same recipe I used for my Mini Egg Blondies (except there's no mini eggs, obvs). Most plain chocolate eggs are free from gluten but sadly some have 'may contain' warnings which mean they are not coeliac-safe. Most popular with customers in France, United States of America (USA), Germany, Spain, Italy, Greece, Canada, Japan and BFPO, but you can buy Galaxy Caramel Mini Eggs Bag for delivery worldwide. It had scrumptious crunchy bits and was ever so moreish. The German retailer also sells dark chocolate and caramel, and white chocolate and raspberry ripple flavoured eggs too.
