Otra, muchos dicen que aún apesta la caja. Esto es FALSO. Claro que apestará si no limpias la caja todos los días, no inventes. Y más si tienes más de un gato. Yo tengo dos gatos, y todos los días voy y le bajo a la palanca, y horas más tarde tiro la bolsa del contenedor. Hay que ser pulcros y tener empatía con el gato. A nadie le gusta ir al baño cuando está todo sucio. Size: the cat I originally bought the box for is smallish, so the pan and area are plenty big for her. Pero por supuesto que si eres higiénico a la que vas a tirar la bolsa de basura de la cocina ya tiras esta también, que hay que ser super vago para que tirando de una palanca y cayendo a una bolsa ya ni siquiera recogerla.... Así que nada de aguantar una semana como he leído a alguna gente, que el plástico coge olor y no hay quien lo quite luego.

Así que: tirando de la palanca dos veces al día, cambiando la bolsa a diario y ventilando la arena. Este arenero es lo mejor que he podido comprarEn cuanto a las bolsas, utilizo bolsas negras de botes de basura. Las tamaño JUMBO para el contenedor más grande (en donde pondrás la arena) y otra de tamaño MEDIANO para el contenedor de abajo donde cairán las popós y pipís. Los gatos son los que dicen qué tipo de caja les gusta más, pero también busca una que a ti se te acomode más y que te ahorre el tiempo de estar limpiando.

Así que espera unas horas, y luego ve y le bajas. De vez en cuando se quedan unos pedacitos y necesitas la pala para empujar tantito, pero ya no harás el trabajo pesado de estar limpiando todo como antes. Sí, es una caja cara, pero ero valió la pena. Ya no tengo que estar con la pala todos los días para limpiar y lavar la caja por completo después. Mis gatos al principio se sacaron de onda con la caja nueva, y lo que hice fue levantar la puertita para que vean que hay arena. A los días se acostumbraron. Tengan paciencia. Mis dos gatos reaccionaron diferente. Uno se acostumbró muy pronto, y al otro le tomó tiempo confiar y acostumbrarse al cambio. Cada gato es distinto.
