The opening track, "Robot Stop", briefly features use of microtonal tuning, a technique explored further on the band's follow-up, Flying Microtonal Banana, while themes from Nonagon Infinity were revisited in "The Lord of Lightning vs. The album is designed to play as an "infinite loop" where each song segues into the next and the last song segues into the first, so that "the record can be played front-to-back-to-front-to-back and the sound won't break". Such a shame as otherwise everything was great, item as described, well packed and quick response to communications, but all that is overshadowed by the abysmal postage time. Colored pressing looks super cool, great album, great cover/gatefold design, but packaging manufacturing isn't it.

Each of the nine, complex, blistering tracks on Nonagon Infinity seamlessly flows into the next, with the final song linking straight back into the top of the opener like a sonic mobius strip. The music is excellent, sound quality is good, and the packaging and vinyl are very attractive, as the King Gizz always do well. But far from a simple conceptual experiment, the album is both an exhilarating shot of adrenaline and a remarkable feat of craftsmanship, the result of painstaking planning and an eye for detail years in the making.
