I believe that gymnastics is the greatest sport in the entire world and I have been lucky enough to experience that on many levels. The size of our recreational programmes are designed to reduce waiting lists and get as many people as possible involved in this incredible sport. I was taken aback by some of the chapters in this book, particularly those surrounding his struggles with alcohol and gambling, and the trouble with Leeds Gymnastics club and British Gymnastics. The book was more revealing than I expected but that might be more to do with not really knowing much about Nile other than him being a ridiculously talented athlete. colour illustrations About the life and journey one of the most famous British gymnasts - Nile has won medals at the Olympics Games, Commonwealth Games and World Championships. Nile has his own merchandise range and is deeply passionate about getting youngsters into gymnastics.I knew a bit of Wilson's story from following him on Youtube so I did find it interesting to learn more about things I had just heard a little bit about. I will also give a tremendous amount of applause for Wilson choosing to come forward with his story of abuse allegations against British gymnastics, along with his support of fellow gymnasts also coming forward.
