I feel comfortable using it on my face as it provides good protection but yet has been gentle to my skin and has not caused my face to break out or blemish at all. It definitely prevents tanning because one year I only used it on my face and my neck was about three shades darker than my face! I really love this Neutrogena ultra sheer because it has spf 100 and It is so lightweight and doesn't make me feel sticky.If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. This can normally be controlled by a good moisturiser, but I notice my skin produces excess oil if my moisturiser isn’t good enough to compensate for being dry. To decrease the risk, regularly use sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun especially from 10am to 2pm. I would recommend this to people who don’t have dry skin, as I do, but I will not be continuing with using it on a daily basis.
