The raffle prizes are produced based on the number of raffle winners, thus they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.In cases where the product does not match the indicated/advertised content or is not performed according to the contract, withdrawal of the offer is possible within three months after receiving the product.
