A long shot, but, your screenshot looks like Android, I am using iOS, perhaps if you know anyone with an iPhone or iPad it would be worth offering them a coffee and biscuit while trying the app on an alternate platform, just in case your issue is connected to with the version of app in use. For larger homes or areas with thick walls, simply add an additional disc to extend coverage to every nook and cranny, with a maximum of 6 discs supported on the network. Each one is smallish, white, flat and circular, and look rather nice compared to many other routers. However the iPhone app was then intermittent in being able to get any status information and make config changes.

Annoyingly, there’s no easy way to remove the metal base of each disc, so if you do wall mount them, they wouldn’t hang flat against the wall, which is a shame. Or why there isn’t just a “re-map mesh for best signal strength” button in the app and the software tries all map combos till it finds the best one, I don’t know. If I get the max of 3 Complete wifi discs then this effectively frees up another disc for locating around the house so should give me better coverage. Splitting your wi-fi into three separate bands means one band can be used solely for your discs to communicate with each other.

So adding my 3rd device sequentially now had to be managed as if I had bought a 3rd and was now adding it. If I understand the above correctly, you now have two discs connected to your hub by ethernet cable, if so that may be the problem.
