Like, how are you managing your time and your energy to make sure that you’re doing both these things well? I can say for like some of the rest of the department more so like peers, I didn’t really let them know too much. So I could not show up to my speaking engagements half-tired because I had a paper due last night that was 15, 20 pages, you know?
