A meteor is a meteoroid that has entered the Earth's atmosphere, usually making a fiery trail as it falls. The word ‘mug’ has a much longer history, having been used as slang for a face since the early 18th century. Society seems at once to say that you either need to wallow in the difficulties or constantly strive for unattainable Instagram/Pinterest standards. She started out with an anecdote about how she has mom friends of all varieties— moms with few children, moms with lots of children, moms who homeschool, moms who send their kids to public or private school— and how they’ve never fought. She blames herself for being “feisty” and “has no defence” for fighting off his scissors with a pencil.

We all have different personalities and make different choices and I think we’d still get along really well.

But for me, this book isn’t very helpful in consistently staying healthy as a mom month after month, year after year. Children are a blessing, but I got the impression if you stop having children by choice because of your marriage, finances, or legitimate mental health, that’s just an excuse. The Mayflower was the name of the ship in which the 102 Pilgrims sailed from England to what is now Massachusetts, on the northeastern coast of the USA.

However, while photography was increasingly used, there was no systematic method of photographing criminals and no attempt at standardisation. Join me as I share the ways the Lord has grown me through the years and the simple rhythms I have learned that have helped me cultivate a culture of peace (with a side of crazy) in our home. This is the first motherhood-focused book I’ve read and it challenged, encouraged, and convicted me in so many ways.I rarely leave reviews, but this book has me so worked up with the author’s incredibly poor theology and shame wrapped up in Scripture that I decided not to finish it at the urging of my best friend.
