The best thing about this book is that Nihal practices what he preaches—he models how to have better conversations by interviewing people who have powerful stories to share.

With insights from ‘professional conversationalists’ from various sectors, this is a thoughtful read with some practical takeaways on how to have better conversations. Now he wants to understand how he developed his skills, what it exactly means to have a 'great conversation' and, most importantly, how he can teach us to have better interactions in our everyday lives. Although this won’t be a major revelation for most, I enjoyed this read and found it v insightful in parts. million listeners a week on BBC Radio 5 Live who regard him as one of the best people of his generation at having public conversations. The only thing lacking for me was actual transcripts of the conversations, in raw form, before they are converted into the prose of the book.
