Only one issue, the upper Clasp on one of the Boots is not properly aligned and therefore doesn't close completely.

I was reliably informed that they would bed in very quickly but from the off they were extremely comfy with a good padded interior. Yes the leg protection is reduced, but they still offer more protection and performance than regular touring boots. Underneath the boot the sole is double density, making it strong for off-road use in addition the nylon midsole is durable and longlasting. Only the highest quality standards have guaranteed Forma to become a global brand amongst the most recognized in the world. There is also a Velcro tab at the top with an elasticated section to prevent water from running in if they are worn outside trouser legs.There is clearly plenty of protection – they score the higher of the two ratings – a2 – in each of the three areas they are tested under the CE rating program, gaining the highest rating possible. I've dragged them through rain, dirt, and more rain and more dirt, snow and the hot desert - and remarkably they've never once given me any trouble or discomfort. The following day out on small adventure bikes, they worked just as well on tight, narrow single-track lanes with plenty of movement and feel for the controls.

So far these boots seem a good product, But I have only done a couple of journeys and not in the rain or fallen off. They are formed in oiled leather with suede areas and there are concertina sections in the front and the back to allow the foot to move forwards and backwards on the brake and gear pedals.Over there I abused the crap out of my Evos for 2500 kms of tough terrain – mostly sand, rocks and gravel… on average 8h of stand up riding a day. Due to the special lightweight sole design, these boots are not recommended for use with kick-start bikes or bikes with aggressive motocross style foot-pegs. The outer distressed look Full Grain Leather is backed by the Drytex technical membrane ensuring they remain waterproof but breathable for optimum rider comfort. And I wouldn’t change them for anything… but just recently Forma offered for me to test their new model, the Terra Evo which have superseded the Terras. The EVOlutionary part of it is the new mechanical hinge design for the ankles which allows the boot to bend back to front for walking but gives you the stiffness and protection from sideways movement.
