Each batch of Elephant Gin, comprised of just 800 bottles, is named after an elephant, living or dead, that was known personally to the conservationists.
Compared to other sloe gins, Elephant Sloe Gin has a lower sugar content paired with higher alcohol volume of 35%.

The style gets its name from gin’s use by the Royal Navy in the 19th century, when sailors would test the strength of their spirits by attempting to light gunpowder. Having met the people who dedicate their life to conservation is something that made me realise that we have a responsibility for the generations to come.
